The Sonoma State University Police Department has completed a thorough investigation into the incident that occurred on the evening of Tuesday, March 5, 2024, whereby a suspect allegedly restrained and touched another person, in Stevenson Hall.
All parties involved in this incident have been contacted. Based on the information gathered, there is insufficient evidence to file criminal charges.
The Sonoma State University Police Department would like to thank the SSU community for its ongoing support of our collaborative effort to make SSU a safe place to work, live, and learn.
